Welcome to GrahGita AI. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GrahGita AI mobile application ("App") operated by GrahGita AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
• If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the App.
• By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

• You may register using email/password or Google Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. App Services

GrahGita AI provides the following services:

• Vedic Birth Chart (Kundli): Astrological chart generation based on your birth data.
• Dasha, Dosha & Yoga Analysis: Computation of Vedic astrological periods, afflictions, and planetary combinations.
• Daily Panchang: Vedic almanac for the current day based on your location.
• AI Astrology Chat: Conversational astrological guidance powered by artificial intelligence.
• Krishna Chat: Spiritual guidance inspired by the Bhagavad Gita, powered by artificial intelligence.
• Bhagavad Gita Scriptures: Access to scripture chapters and verses.
• Daily Horoscopes: Zodiac-based daily readings.
• Push Notifications: Daily reminders and streak notifications.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated astrological readings, predictions, and spiritual guidance are not a substitute for professional advice — including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice.
• Astrological computations are based on Vedic astrology traditions and mathematical models. Results may vary from other astrological systems or practitioners.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
• You should exercise your own judgment and seek qualified professional help for important life decisions.
• We are not liable for any actions you take based on AI-generated content from the App.

5. Credits & In-App Purchases

5.1 Credit System

• AI-powered features (Astrology Chat and Krishna Chat) require credits to use. Each message sent to the AI consumes one (1) credit.
• New users receive a welcome bonus of free credits upon account creation.
• Additional credits may be earned through daily login streaks.

5.2 Purchasing Credits

• Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• All purchases are processed by the respective app store platform. We do not handle payment information directly.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by your app store account.
• Purchases are verified server-side before credits are added to your account.

5.3 Refund Policy

• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If an AI request fails after a credit is consumed, the credit is automatically refunded to your account.
• For purchase refunds, please contact Google Play or Apple App Store directly, as they handle all payment processing. Refund eligibility is subject to the respective platform's refund policies.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit balances if we detect errors, fraud, or abuse.

5.4 Account Deletion & Credits

• If you delete your account, any remaining purchased credits will be permanently lost.
• We are not obligated to refund unused credits upon account deletion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or automation to gain unfair credits or bypass payment systems.
• Send abusive, harassing, threatening, or inappropriate content through the AI chat features.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or services.
• Share, resell, or transfer your account or credits to another person.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App by automated means.

7. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, AI prompts, and content (excluding user-generated content and public-domain scriptures) is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Bhagavad Gita verses and scriptural content are in the public domain; our presentation, translations, and commentary are proprietary.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our written consent.
• You retain ownership of the content you submit (messages, feedback). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the services.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability & Modifications

• We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, with or without notice.
• We may update credit pricing, pack sizes, or bonus structures at our discretion. Existing purchased credits will not be affected by pricing changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on astrological readings, AI-generated content, or spiritual guidance provided through the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.
• Any content you submit through the App.

12. Third-Party Services & Links

• The App integrates with third-party services (Google Play, Apple App Store, Google Sign-In, Firebase, Supabase, OpenAI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
• We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

13. Termination

• You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 4, 7, 10, 11, and 15 survive termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, please stop using the App and delete your account.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
