न तदस्ति पृथिव्यां वा दिवि देवेषु वा पुनः |

सत्त्वं प्रकृतिजैर्मुक्तं यदेभिः स्यात्त्रिभिर्गुणैः ||१८-४०||

Transliteration

na tadasti pṛthivyāṃ vā divi deveṣu vā punaḥ . sattvaṃ prakṛtijairmuktaṃ yadebhiḥ syāttribhirguṇaiḥ ||18-40||

हिन्दी अनुवाद · Hindi Translation

पृथ्वी पर अथवा स्वर्ग के देवताओं में ऐसा कोई प्राणी (सत्त्वं अर्थात् विद्यमान वस्तु) नहीं है जो प्रकृति से उत्पन्न इन तीन गुणों से मुक्त (रहित) हो।।

English Translation

There is no such entity in the world or, again, among the gods in heaven, which can be free from these three gunas born of Nature.
