यं हि न व्यथयन्त्येते पुरुषं पुरुषर्षभ |
समदुःखसुखं धीरं सोऽमृतत्वाय कल्पते ||२-१५||
Transliteration
yaṃ hi na vyathayantyete puruṣaṃ puruṣarṣabha . samaduḥkhasukhaṃ dhīraṃ so.amṛtatvāya kalpate ||2-15||
हिन्दी अनुवाद · Hindi Translation
हे पुरुषश्रेष्ठ ! दुख और सुख में समान भाव से रहने वाले जिस धीर पुरुष को ये व्यथित नहीं कर सकते हैं वह अमृतत्व (मोक्ष) का अधिकारी होता है।।
English Translation
O (Arjuna, who are) foremost among men, verily, the person whom these do not torment, the wise man to whom sorrow and happhiness are the same he is fit for Immortality.
